Immediately north-west of Kuta are the villages of Legian and Seminyak.

1) Change your perspective

4) Surround Yourself With an Empowering Community

Who are the five closest people in your life? You will always live up to the expectations of your peer-group. When you surround yourself with people who also practice forgiveness, you are called to a higher standard. Otherwise, it can be too easy to fall back into old disempowering habits.

Practicing these four steps will allow you to harness your energy and let go and be free.
