Fruit Candy

Material:

1.  Fruit of half still be matured 10 kgs

2.  Sand sugar 5 kg + 1/2 kg for addition of syrup making

3.  Lime putty 1 spoon

4.  Sodium benzoate 4 spoon

5.  Cooking salt 15 grm

6.  Vanilla 2 spoon

7.  Matured water of 7 liter

Equipment: Knife, Filter, bowl, Stove

Way of Making:

1.  Strip fruit of then is cleaned and cut to pieces of the size 2 x 2 cm, special for hard fruit, braises cut in water to boil during 3 minute then leak.
